Outside Speakers

It looks like "the speaker" has fallen out of the speaker box.... is there a way the speaker cover comes off "without" taking the screws out? I think the screws are stripped. I am taking about a 2013 X23B.

Put a wooden match (without the match head) or a gulf tee in the hole with a little carpenter's wood glue and put the screw back in the hole do not over tighten the screw. Let the glue dry.

There is a thread on this forum here (clicky) about the perils of a damaged speaker.

If the screws are stripped - or their holes are - it seems like you could just carefully pry off the speaker with a stiff putty knife and then repair or replace as needed.
