Replace bunk beds roofs

Have a 2011 X23B.
I cleaned the front bunk roof last year before storage and still looks good this year.
Was wondering though if anyone has replaced the roof over the bed?
Saw a YouTube video of a guy replacing one on a hybrid ( think it was a 19?).
If anyone has a suggestion I would appreciate it.
Roof is okay at this point, just a few pin holes , which we have taped up.

You might want to buy the Pop up Gizmos.

Are the Gizmos a pain to put on and take off?

I don’t think so and I’ve been doing it for 8 years now so that amounts to approximately 60-70 on & off’s. But the trick is to buy a better type of hold down clip than what they supply. I’ll go out to my trailer and get a picture of what I’m talking about so be back soon.
Their called Binder clips BTW

The red ones are the ones that they send you but I don’t find them to be strong enough in high wind (10-40 MPH). When installing the gizmos these clips fit over the gutter holding it in place and I also place them along the top edges that fold over the sides and a few along the front edge. Now I experience strong winds at times as some of my locations are on cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean from Washington State to Southern California. I have and use two bags of clips ( size “ medium “.
You’ll buy two gizmos and their different sizes (larger in front bunk) .when you order them they just ask for your trailer model and they do send you the correct sizes so its real easy. Used them for 8 years now at 20 weeks a year. On short stays of less than say 4 days I don’t bother to install.

Consider Tear Mender. Lot easier than replacing the canvas.

I have not used this on my HTT. But have used it on many of our Boy Scout Troop canvas. Works great! On pin holes, we just smear a little on the area and let it dry. On tears, we make a patch from the same material, and "glue" it on over the tear. Works great. Looks and smell like how I remember Elmer's white school glue.

Thanks! Both ideas are good starts.Found the tear mender on eBay and will give it a try first. Looked up the gizmos and will be checking those out also.
