Wax?

Do any of you wax your hybrids? The thought hadn't occurred to me until my FIL mentioned something this past weekend about it. Of course, he's also planning on mounting his bike rack on the back of his small Starcraft hybrid (despite my relaying all the warnings I've read on the JOF about doing so) so I thought I'd defer to the experts on here for more info!

I have always waxed my trailers. If you want it too look good for years to come and have dirt come off with simple light car soap I would do it.

If it already has a good finish use ProtectAll wax. It is safe for multiple surfaces including the decals and is easy to use....if you already have a good finish. If you don't use Turtle Wax in the green bottle, but not on the decals, then go over all of it with the ProtectAll.

Wash the roof 3x per year, and wax 2x.

I wax once in the spring and again in the fall. I use Meguiar's NXT 2.0.

I have not yet. But it is on my fall list, before the TT goes for a long sleep. I picked up a bottle of 3M wax for marine applications, specifically for fiberglass boats.

Is there a specific brand or type of wax for the gel coat finish?
