Propane Regulator Recall - thread #1
I received this yesterday. I replaced the one that came with my Pinnacle about 3 months ago because it started leaking.

They use China made regulators, either FlameKing or Fairview. Whatever your RV came with is what is in question.

We have not received a notice as yet but, I did check ours and its the one in the recall �� though we are hooked up to a 100 gallon tank because we are stationery and I am not sure if it bypasses that regulator? But to be on the safe side I am going to order the one you recommend. Thanks Al ��

Our 2020 32rlts Pinnacle with generator prep (3 tanks) has 2 regulators, a small one, a Cheng Shen 6080 by the R/H single tank and a dual Wintec 6020 regulator by the 2 L/H tanks. I have never turned on the dual side gas yet, we never use that much gas. I'm hoping the small regulator isn't suspect.

Was it the directional regulator controlling which tank or was it the smaller one on the other side?

I did read the NTSB failure modes, leaks, over pressure, etc on the recalled regulators.
rkymntsno, I'm curious, how are your regulators failing? leaks, no pressure?

I have a 2020 Pinnacle 36SSWS and we're 1000 miles away from my dealer. Therefore taking the unit in for minor repairs is not really practical. What do y'all recommend is the best procedure for getting a replacement regulator? I'm guessing the easiest way is to just order one from and Amazon and call it done.
