2006 Designer 34RLQS waste valve replacement

Hey everybody. Forgive my newness but I'm a first time RVer and just bought a 2006 Designer 34RLQS a few weeks ago. Went out on our first outing with this weekend and went to dump the black and both grey tanks and noticed that all 3 handles are stiff and hard to open and shut. The handle on my Grey 1 tank won't fully close all the way either.

I suspect they need to be changed but don't know how to get to them to change them as the handles are inside the drivers side storage compartment. Since they've probably never been changed I was just going to change out all 3.

Does anybody know how to get to them or a link showing me how to? I've searched all over and am coming up with a zero on it.

I'd "e" mail JAYCO with the vin number and ask for the schematics. They may still have access to them.

Thanks. Can I put that down around it or will I have to take the whole vent out and reinstall it?

I would think cleaning thoroughly and remove any loose old caulking then apply liberally around any cracks or seams that water may penetrate.

If the old vent plastic has degraded from uv rays you may want to consider a new lid for it.

Looks like the seal or caulk has separated from the roof on the back side of it
