2018 330RSTS TT Fridge Problems

I'm looking for help as our 8cu ft fridge will get warm. We have played with the temp control and it can stay cold but on a warm day it can get up to 45-50. The fridge faces the east so it does not have the sun after 12:00pm. We have called the company and they can't think of anything other than the fridge is in the slide and does not vent enough? Thoughts.

BTW, this is a duplicate of '2018 33rsts tt' topic.
