OK, what's the item on the bottom right? Is that a light or external plug of some sort?

Another area that you may want to consider caulking on aluminum sided units is the front cap panel seams (did mine). The following is a recent thread on the subject:
https://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f...g-72738-2.html
The 'application of' quality (sealants/caulking) on Jayco products IMO has deteriorated over the years based on the past three Jayco products I've owned..., very disappointing.

You're correct, a light.

Yes, I did all the overlapping front seams as well, taping them off with blue painter’s tape. It went pretty quick. One tip: when I pulled the tape, it started to separate the Proflex with kind of a ragged edge, so I pushed a plastic razor blade in front of it. Cut a nice clean edge. Checked roof Dicor and had dealer also check — they agreed it looks good with no cracks or weathering. The light housings all were in pretty good shape, but I figure a thin layer around them couldn’t hurt.

I used Dicor non-sag caulk and pulled the painters tape immediately after the Dicor application resulting in a clean edge.

Yeah, I almost used Dicor NS but opted for the clear Proflex. Good stuff, but it skins over pretty quick on a warm day. I had used the plastic razor blades to scrape old silicone off our sailboat — they work well.

Weird — wonder if it’s a Western version thing? It’s a nice bright LED light that is great for getting stuff out of the back of pickup or unhitching in the dark. It’ll light up the campsite, LOL!
