Dometic Slide Topper

I recently purchased a 2017 Jay Feather 25BH. The previous owner had a Dometic 98001 Slide topper included. The topper was off of the camper and the tension released. I was able to get the owner's manual for the topper, but can't find any information on the number of turns needed to tension the springs before I put it back on. The topper is 12ft long. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Dometic's response is "Take it to a RV repair shop". I'm certain they don't want the liability if I let go of the arm while tightening it.

I'll try that number. It really isn't that hard to install and remove these things

I know, did many awnings and toppers.
