"I’d stay on the adjuster to either write it as a total loss or have the repair shops finalize the recommendations so you can move on to the next step. Either repair or look for a new trailer".
My comment:
EVERYTHING including a timeline MUST be recorded and communicated in writing and saved for future use. In discussions with insurance demand the reason they have not finalized this issue. Remind them mold spores begin growing within 24-48 hours. This is not acceptable and borders on "Bad Faith" on their part.
I would print all emails so as to not loose them. An attorney in the future will need this documentation.
I'm Not an attorney nor do I get paid for any advise. I just know that a timely and organized response is best till it no longer works. Then an attorney is your best recourse.
You sir are on the border of needing an attorney. The longer it goes the more the insurance company will procrastinate ( my opinion)
