Unhappy Leak underneath booth in slideout

Hi guys, so I found water underneath my booth on the slideout. I first noticed the outside of the booth at the bottom was bubbling up. I pulled out the carpet and one side of the whole back of the booth is musty smelling and soft. The wood flooring still is solid so that's good! I've looked outside and only thing I see is a small tear in the black underpart...see pic... The red is the tear and the green is a one of the 3 screw holes that are on both ends of my slideout so assuming that's normal. Any ideas where to begin?!

Where is your slide out in relation to the tires? I have had and fixed problems with water slinging from the tires getting in when driving in the rain. Jay

I used rectangular furnace duct (1/2 a section) to make a metal shield and direct the road spray away from the slide. Jayco had some protection installed, but I put in another layer. Jay
