Need to repair electric awning Jay feather 19H

In this year of COVID the dealers in my area will not take new customer. The dealer I bought my trailer not exist any more. I found a RV repair shop 3 hours away from my town.
who will repair my awning but they could not give me a quote until I find my 19H awning model number. Very frustrated.
I really want to go camping in the summer but should I trust this gay to repair my awning?
I would really appreciate your help to tell me where to find the model number of my awning.

We have a Carefree awning, and it has a model name, but no model number on any of its paperwork, nor on the original TT "window sticker". There is a canopy label on the inside of the valance. I'm looking at a duplicate of it that's in our manuals, and it has length and extension dimensions, fabric and polyrod colors. No model number anywhere. You might ask him where he would find a number on it. Maybe this is something new since our 2012 was made.

What is the problem. With the awning? It may be something we can all collectively get you through on your own.
