Need to seal roof. What do I use? 2007 Eagle TT

I’m in Florida & the sun/weather has been brutal on my trailer.

Does anyone have a recommendation on which roll-on paint / sealer is best to use on this model Jayco (2007 Eagle TT)

Also, what type of material did they use in 2007 when they made this trailer roof?

PS- The PO painted the roof once a year. I’ve owned it for 5 years and have only cleaned the roof and used a roll-on clear sealer. I have 2 areas in the bedroom where water / moister intrusion is evident. I do not see any damage or holes on the roof in the vicinity of the apparent intrusion. Intrusion is mid roof and not around the edges. I generally caulk the edges every year.
