Outside Rub Strip Trim

I want to replace the old worn shrinking rub strip/trim on my 5th wheel. Is this a standard generic item or a unique size to Jayco. Where can I buy this item.

Is this the white trim that covers the screws around the door, and storage doors?

No the dark grey strip that is held inside the aluminum channel that runs the full length of the trailer.

I haven't found a dark gray version yet, just this shade of gray, if it's 1" wide.
