Plumbing Issue

Hello all. I am currently on a cross country trip with my family in our 2015 Jayco Greyhawk 31FS(bunkhouse). About a week into our trip I noticed that my water pump was running continuously even when I was hooked up to city water. Shortly thereafter i noticed the floor by bathroom side of the bed in the back room seemed wet. Next the pump stopped working completely. I stopped a long the way and purchased a replacement pump and once I located the pump(under bed near were floor was wet). I had the pump changed out by a professional in Elko Nevada. Once the new one was in it began running even when the switches were off. The tech suggested that it must be a "bad switch somewhere" and he would need to take more time to track down which switch it was. What he did was put in an over ride switch to the pump so that I can turn it off when I hook up to city water. The pump functions properly and fine when in "normal mode" Once I hook up to city water the pump either kicks on immediately or eventually and stays on unless I turn it off at the over ride switch. The floor has remained dry(so far) and the pump does not kick on periodically to pressurize the line which would indicate to me that their are no leeks anywhere. I just do not understand why that pump kicks on when hooked up to city even if I turn the pump switch off at the command center and the switch in the bathroom. It seems okay for the time being but I would like to remedy the situation when I get back home. All feedback/suggestions appreciated. Thanks...

Thanks! I did not think of that. I have switched that one off as well and the pump has not kicked on since. Maybe that is the one with the bad switch? Thanks...
