Rain Gutters

What could possibly cause the gutter to move? This is towards the end of the trailer. I've been trying to patch the joint with OSI Quad but it just keeps on leaking. Anyone had this issue?

May be try a short piece of gutter to line both gutters up.Not sure if you could screw gutters down, maybe a little DICOR!
