Rattling sound in wheel/brake area

Hi all,

Coming back from a camping trip with our 224BH this weekend, we have a rattling sound coming from our rear axle wheel at slow speeds. It sounds like either a rock or something else metallic rattling at the wheel (inside the brake area?). It's a similar sound to a loose piece of metal bouncing/dragging on concrete, but we have nothing dragging (or close to dragging).

I was able to have my wife drive slow with me walking beside to confirm it sounds like it's coming from the left rear axle/tire.

I haven't had a chance yet to jack it up to spin/remove the wheel and do some investigation, so I thought I'd ask here first.

Anyone else ever have something similar and know what it could be?

Many Thanks, in advance, for any tips/feedback,

X2 - I agree it sounds like some brake part has come loose.

I agree it does sound like a brake problem, once you get the drum off and if you don't see anything wrong check the rear u-joint. It can make a clicking sound at low speed when they are bad.
