When changing an awning; lay an board across the arms close to level with the sleeves. Lay the rolled up awning on the board ready to go into the sleeves. Be sure to block the awning from rolling in as per mfg. instructions. Use silicone or baby powder in the sleeves and on the edge of the new awning. With two people move the new awning in the sleeve. I have done one alone but then you keep moving the stepladder back and fort. A third person would be handy at the new awning roll to keep it feeding smooth. Be sure to have the "beer" handy when it is all done......lol. With 3 people it should take about a half hour.

Awning

I replaced my slide topper fabric from toughtoppers. I think they sell replacement awning fabric also. Was very pleased with the quality, the shipping was free.

I have replaced my fabric on a older RV I had, was a 2 or 3 man job. Just watch the spring tension.

Can't wait til Spring Camping.
