Sanitize lines simply?

I’ve read several threads on sanitizing my FW tank. But since we really don’t use that, is there a simple way to sanitize my water lines for just using city water hookups? I hate to fill and flush an entire FW tank multiple times just to clean the lines. Couldn’t I put the correct mix of bleach/water in my city hookup hose, then run city water through the open faucets until the bleach smell is gone? Sorry if I’m missing something here — still learning! Thanks!

Run bleach water thru the suction hose off of your water pump like you are winterizing....that’s how I do it.

X2. Shut the valve off between the tank/pump, open the winterizing valve and pump your solution through the system out of a bucket.
