Source for cabinet door hinge replacement

A cabinet door swung open during travel, causing the lower hinge to break. Where is a good place to find replacement hinges? The hinge has no markings or numbers on it to help with identification. Thanks!

Hi. Year, model and trim of your RV would be helpful. Mine has an ID label on the doors so they can be ordered from Jayco, that would be useful if you contacted Jayco directly. Also, have you checked locally for a Jayco dealer? They may be able to help also. I don't know if they use standard cabinet hinges that Lowes or Home Depot would carry.

Search on Amazon for "RV cabinet hinges" also turned a large number of options.

You might be able to get it through World Wide RV. https://www.jaycorvparts.com/ they have a PDF catalog you can see if can find it. https://www.jaycorvparts.com/catalog...015Catalog.pdf I searched quick and here are just a few of what they have available

I wanted to add a door to a seat to provide access. I found hinges that were very close to my 17 195RB at Menards. couple dollars, no minimum shipping etc.

Measure yours, take a couple closeups and go to a big box or a cabinet place and probably find them or something close enough.

I was going to say Menards or Ace hardware have hinges that are very close.

My question... the hole was stripped out when my door came off. Any suggestions for how to get a screw to stay in the hole? I tried the toothpick and wood glue, and also tried some wood shim splinters in the hole with wood glue, but it won't stay tight. I am about ready to drill a hole and put a bolt in, but that wouldn't pass the visual test with my SO.

Any suggestions?

If you use a bolt with the right head it should look ok, On the inside use a cap nut and a dremel tool to cut off the excess bolt.
Another thought is to use JB WELD putty to fill the hole and put in the screw before it sets. You only have a few minutes. After it sets not sure you could put a screw in it even if you pre-drilled it. You could do a test on a piece of wood, but I would go with fill the hole, put in the screw and let it set up.

I found a very similar (but stronger) pair of hinges at Lowes. The new hinges have the self-closing feature, which is a plus. The cabinet door is now installed, being held with three screws while I wait a day for the toothpicks with wood glue to set up. Thanks for the tips.
