Trim Separation Issue

So I bought my 2017 325BHQS 5ver as leftover stock. Well I noticed the trim on the passenger side where it goes horizontal under the bedroom dropped 1/8-1/4 inch. The dealer has claimed it won't move all the way back up. (Not a problem with the dealer as they are good). I read here people saying the trim there can drop due to screws being just in the wood instead of the frame. I am looking for anyone that knows more about this so I can take the dealer to task to get this done. The little I found about it I have lost and it wasn't much. I want to get this solved as I been bought it home and I can tell the trim is shifting (even though it looks to be in same place) due to the Quad sealant is separating like its being pushed / pulled.

HELP

Could the Mods move this to fifth wheel section as maybe I could get a better response. I didn't want to make a double post
