Unknown error on Norcold N510 fridge
Hi folks,
Newbie looking for direction on fridge error message, which I can't find details of anywhere in any user manual etc. Having just finished setting up in a cap for the summer taking to a shop is a real chore so I'm trying to resolve it myself...
Here are the details for anyone who may be able to point me in the right direction...
Problem with NORCOLD N510
This is the unit’s information.
Attachment 1
Regardless of whether set to Auto, AC (connected to 30amp mains power), or LP Gas (working gas supply available) the following message is displayed on the fridge control panel and the fridge does not get cold.
Attachment 2
In diagnostic mode the following information is available:
Screen 1
Attachment 3
Confirms that the Diagnostic Mode is active.
Screen 2
Attachment 4
Confirm the reliability of the display.
Screen 3
Attachment 5
And went to “7” after the “5” so 57 degrees confirming temperature.
Screen 4
Attachment 6
Bottom left AC selected but not available and middle center horizontal, DC voltage high.
Screen 5
Attachment 7
Stored Fault history. Service required Bottom left, thermostat failure top center horizontal and DC Voltage Low.
Screen 6
Attachment 8
Then
Attachment 9
Fault history has not been deleted.
Screen 7
Attachment 10
So top middle Door is closed and light is off, and right top sensing temp.
Screen 8
Attachment 11
Top right, is a “DC power to divider heater” but I suspect this means something different for the N510 unit because there is no DC power option for this unit.
Screen 9
Attachment 12
As with above point the reference I’m using indicated this means DC Voltage Normal but is this correct for the N510?
