Water inside hatchway door. 2016 Whitehawk.

I noticed the front of my outdoor kitchen area was bulging in the lower middle today. I took it off and took out the latches and lock. They seem wet inside. I have looked all over to see where water may have gotten in but the only area that looks suspicious is in and around the latches themselves. One latch had corroded and broke when I was trying to remove it.
Has anyone dealt with this or have any suggestions as to what to do to fix it? The bulge has already gone back down. I have the door sitting in the sun in hopes to try to dry it out.
Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You could start by replacing the gasket if it looks worn. Some compartments have metal in them. I was reading in the RV magazine that a person was getting water in the compartment because of condensation on the metal he had on one side of the compartment. He insulated the metal wall and it stopped

This is actually within the door panel itself. The compartment seems dry
Thank you for the reply.
