1999 e450 eagle

My neighbor has a 1999 e450 eagle buy jayco. hes having a problem with the 7.5 fuse blowing and everything's dead inside. its located on the rear left side. there's a fuse with 3 red 16 gauge wires going to it. does anyone have an idea where these wires go. it's the top 7.5 fuse. thanks

Does it blow as soon as power is supplied? With items listed for that fuse turned off or disconnected does it blow?

He told me when the generator is started it will blow it. but when he brought it over for a different issue. it was blown and generator hadn't been started . so that's not the case. I'm thinking a bought putting the 3 wires on separate toggle switches so we can pinpoint which wire is the problem. the fuse is kind of loose in the Holder possibly being some of the problem. I known one wire goes to the steps. but following the wires isnt possible.

Since a fuse is a thermal device, a loose connection will result in heat, and probably blow it. I'd start by fixing or replacing that fuse holder, then trace down a possible short in one of those three circuits.
