2017 redhawk slide out

We have a 2017 redhawk 23xm. We need to access slide out override. Called manufacturer who gave us wrong data on slide out although tried really hard to help us. Local RV dealer tells us unit is totally electric and cannot fix it. We have no power (electrical problem we are going to fix) so need to access slide out override. Can not locate any slide out box. battery compartment is inaccessible until we can get slide out to move out. We have an inwalt slide out motor. Does anyone know where access might be located?

Your battery should be accessible from outside.

Look at the ceiling in the storage compartments or under the bed itself if the mattress lifts up.

Try downloading the Wingman app on your phone for manuels and tips.
I don't see what type slide you have from pics but it does not look like Schwintec.

Someone with that model hopefully will chime in but another resource is the Lippert site as they make virtually all electric slide out systems. LC1.com

Once you determine the slide make, there are You Tube videos galore on it.

Good Luck finding it.
