2018 Greyhawk hydraulic tank Recall

I finally received my recall notice for installation of the new improved hydraulic motor and tank mount today. Does anybody know what it looks like ? My bracket allready has a welded gusset at the L shape on the bracket. Plus I have 18,000 miles on this repair, that included a trip from Florida to Canada. I am wondering if they are putting a complete new bracket on the hydraulic motor assembly.

Lift pump recall mount

There is quite a bit of information on the recall.
Search on "Jayco Recall"

Here is the mount that I know of:

As I understand it, the original brackets did not have a gusset and there were failures.

Then after the gusset was added at the factory, the brackets were breaking above the gusset.

That is how I understand it.
I contacted Jayco about breakage on the gusseted bracket and they told me that this style of the bracket is not being recalled. That is in spite of the fact I showed them broken gusseted brackets.
I got under my rig and noticed that when I push up on the bracket I can flex it just above the gusset (where others have broken). That is why I decided to fix my own.

Strange that Jayco told you that the gusseted bracket was not being recalled.
Their repair instructions clearly show a gusseted bracket being cut off.

I have a gusseted bracket on a 2019 Entegra Odyssey 26B and received a recall notice. I
contacted the dealer a month back and they are having difficulty obtaining the fix-it part from Jayco. Don't know what the fix looks like. the Recall No is 20V-548 2020-426, 6 Nov 20

Will Jayco reimburse those of us that have initiated their own fix? I emailed them when the notice first came out but they never bothered to respond. It's gotta be worth something to them to save the labor if the item has already been reinforced.

I pressed Jayco Motorized >repeatedly< about the repair to my unit, since my bracket is yet another design and I wanted them to make a judgement whether my bracket actually needed to be repaired even though I received the recall notice. It was quite clear that they would ONLY speak with the actual tech who was actually doing the recall work. They refused to talk with me about it.
