2019 Redhawk receptacle in shore power compartment

I have a 2019 Redhawk 25R. I have a 110V outlet receptacle in the storage compartment where my shore power is stored.
Does anyone know where this is wired to?
Does it go straight to the panel?
Does it go to the outlet in the dinette bench?
I’m assuming it’s in a chain of outlets feeding others or being fed. I’d like to isolate it so I can plug my shore power in to it with a 30/15 amp adapter and plug it in to a power station converter, possibly in the dinette bench.

Will jayco give me a schematic? Do they even have one ?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Email Jayco with the year, model, and VIN# of your unit, asking for the schematics for both 110 volt, and 12 volt wiring. They will email them back to you in a while.

From what I have seen, and heard, usually the exterior outlets are routed through the GFI inside(usually in the bathroom)

On the newer models Jayco has been putting in a GFCI breaker in the panel instead of the GFCI outlet.

I was hoping that wasn’t the case. I’ve emailed Jayco for a schematic but sometimes they are slow to respond.

2019 Redhawk receptacle in shore power compartment

Can that receptacle be used to plug into a 15 amp house outlet for shore power?

If you’re talking about the receptacle outlet inside the shore power compartment, no, this outlet is energize only when you’re plugged into shore power or your generator is running.

If you want to power your RV from your home using only 15 amp circuit panel breaker, You would have to get a dog bone adapter to step down 30 amp plug to 15 amp. But you won’t be able to run many things in your RV other than keeping it charged up , perhaps a fan or dehumidifier at best.
