Question 2020 jayco redhawk 24 b

I need some questions anwered
1. Is a spare tire supposed to come with this classc?
2. Is there supposed to be a privacy curtain for the cab
3. How do you fold in the side mirrors
4. How often to get the lug nuts torqued

1. No spare comes with it.

2. Mine was in the upper wall cabinet over the dinette table, but it was useless because it runs behind the front seats, so you can't swivel the front seats to face the middle, as the curtain hung there. You're better off ordering a windshield cover or inside sun shield.

3. Just push them in, it's a friction pivot.

4. I've checked mine once, they were fine.

Retire one, I hate to always bug you. I went to winterize my RedHawk, looks like only two valves on the water heater and they are white and don't look like any diagrams, how do I do it? Do I turn the white valves right or left ? they are both up now. I cant fid a by pass valve
