Brother I feel you. Look at my past posts when dealing with so called warranty work on my rig. Bottom line is a warranty is only worth the paper it is printed on. Any, and I mean any warranty work required right now, will keep your rig out of your hands at a minimal two weeks, more often a month, and this is really unchanged even during the Rona buying frenzy. I know it sounds counter intuitive and frustrating but I have learned quickly that fixing stuff on my own and or relying on a mobile tech and then begging Jayco to pay for it is a lot less hassle. You will be lucky if two problems are not created by CW staff for each problem you bring to them to fix. Just my opinion. This forum has been an absolute Godsend for me.
