The 24B has a "U" shaped dinette, not two straight seats, so there's only space for a single belt on each of the three sides.

We have a 2018 Redhawk 31xl. When I purchased it, our kids were 7, 4 and 2. I noticed the seatbelts Jayco uses are slick - they won't maintain a tight connection on a car seat. You'll need to retighten every time you use it or it'll be unsafe - or use a clip to keep the seatbelt tight to the car seat.

I bypassed the seatbelt entirely by adding anchor points. Just undo the bolt with the seat belt and add or replace with a child seat anchor. (Take note of the washers - you want the lock washers on there in the same spot.) Then, you can install your car seat just like you would in your car.

You will also need to secure the upper seat connection. If you don't, the seat flies forward at the table when you stop. Other manufacturers have anchor points, Jayco does not. I ended up looping a very heavy duty axle strap (10,000 + lbs) through the seat belt framing and used that to tether the upper strap.

Whatever you do, when you're done your seat should be secure. You should be able to pull and yank on it with very minimal movement - just like your car.

Our 2013 31XL has belts for each seating position too...4 at the table and 2 at the couch.

Be sure to remove, and safely stow the table and pedestal before traveling with kids there. At speed, it would make a horrendous projectile in the case of an impact, and we don't want any harm coming to the precious shorties who were secured down in it's flight path. Sorry for being graphic, but many don't consider the destruction a 65 MPH table, or other unsecured object would cause if the rest of the vehicle suddenly stops. Even a cell phone would do damage if it was hurled at that speed.
