Oh boy, that's like asking the best brand of beer.
Anyway, I'll go first. I have a Adco Designer series. I think the important parts to consider is to make sure the cover has vents, so it allows the RV to breath and not grow mold and mildew. Second, make sure it fits well and has adjustment straps to keep it from flapping around and possibly wearing the sides and corners of the rig. Last, if you think you might need access to the inside of the rig during the Winter, make sure it has zippered panels that can open to access the door.
I used it one season so far, the rig stayed clean under it, and it held up well under rain, wind and snow, without any visible damage to the cover.
