Door Lock

Anyone ever replace the electronic door Lock in a 2017 Jayco GrayHawk DS31 , with one that locks both areas and not just one and if so where did you get it

I had trouble with the lock in my 2016. When it was locked there was a lot of play in the door. The push buttons didn't always work either. It was still under warranty and I called JAYCO, they sent me a new lock that works much better. Installed it myself in less than 30 minutes. It was the same brand but a newer version. Now both the deadbolt and door latch lock and there is no play in the door when locked. Had it a year and no problems at all.

I had a problem with a Bauer battery operated door lock. Called Bauer direct and they sent me a brand new replacement. Arrived in 2 days.

WE have a 17 31DS. I just had they replace it. It was burning through batteries and destroyed 2 sets of rechargeable batteries. Lets hope the new one works better.
