Escapade Water Pump

I have a 2005 Jayco Escapade 28 Class C. While testing my water for my first trip, it worked fine when hooked up to city water. I was able to drain the antifreeze from winterizing. I then filled my water tank and attempted to use the water pump. The pump went on, I put the valves under the bathroom sink in the proper position for dry camping, and no water came out of the faucets, After some testing I assumed it is a bad water pump and have ordered a new one. Does anyone know if there are any water valves outside of the under the bathroom sink and the hot water heater? Is there a main valve that may have been turned while I had it winterized at my RV dealer?

When there's air in the pump it will just run. Try to fill it through the winterizing hose and once the pump has water in it, it will suck from the tank much easier.

Water pump

Thanks ALJO. I tried filling using the winterizing hose but it would not even suck from there. So, I assumed it was a bad water pump. I also made sure the pump was free of debris.

Did you change the position of the valves. Sometimes I have had to use a funnel and pour water into the winterizing hose up in the air a little to get it to drain into the pump and then it primes and goes to work.
