Good alignment shop Houston area

Looking for a good alignment shop in the Katy / Houston area for our class c. Already did the following:Roadmaster steering stabilizer
Sumo springs
Helwig anti sway bar

Rides way better than new just figured get the front tires balanced and alignment done during the off season and be done with it. Anyone know of a good shop they would recommend? Thanks for all replies.

Enjoy the journey

Hard to believe I’m the only one from Houston. If your from this area who do you use? Looking at Goodyear commercial in Rosenberg. Any thoughts.

Thanks for replies.

You might consider going over to the Thor forum and doing a search or posting your question. Over the years there have been quite a few folks from Texas on the forum.

Just a thought, after all Jayco is owned by Thor.

I had similar woes here in Denver. The Freightliner shop that sells RVs wanted $600. Ford dealers said "Go away". Several RV shops said "You're too big, won't fit our rack."

Finally I found a big Truck Tire shop here that said "Sure! We do Class C's and A's all of the time."

There's the Tweak The Toe and Your Good To Go discussion here. I'm sure all they did was Tweak the Toe.

But my toe-in was bad and needed adjusting. If you're after the Caster/Camber thing, then you may have more trouble.

Nutshell: Hit the yellow pages and call tire shops that deal with Semi's. Worked for me.

I finally got an alignment shop recommended by a service manager at a ford dealership. It is a truck repair shop founded in 1924 that is located in central Houston. Not the cheapest but they did a good job. Replaced bushing and adjusted caster to +5.5 degrees. Drives pretty nice. If your in this area the name of the company is:

Heitman truck repair
8008 Wigan’s
behind Snelsons service
713-223-8500

Hope this helps others looking in this area.

Enjoy the journey

Well done! It is a real challenge finding any thing but the "tweak the toe and you are good to go" type of service.
