Hanging wires

We have a 29D Jayco Melbourne 2015, travel down a bumpy road and now find these wires hanging. There is a band hanging also. It is located about 5 foot behind the driver seat. Any idea what this could be and how important it is to get fixed right away?

They look like FW tank sensor wires, or for the electric heating pad, that is hanging down. Neither are critical. But you will want to pull them up, and remove the tank heater pad, or you will loose it.
