I have good luck

Bought this Entegra after getting screwed by Nexus. On the way home I noticed it shakes. I thought it wasn't a huge deal, these things can be fixed.

Very long story short, apparently nobody can fix it and I now hate driving it.

Took it to another Ford dealer about 2 hours away from me in Lansing. They had it for almost 2 weeks when they diagnosed it as a steering stabilizer bad part (they call it a shimmy shock FYI). Said it was ready to pick up. I said it is unlikely that a seat/floor shake on the freeway is likely to be caused by a bad steering stabilizer and with 10k miles on it I'm skeptical. I asked them to please drive it on the freeway at least 70mph for a few miles to verify.

Waited 2-3 days. Nothing. I called them and nobody drove it. Well, Monday was a monsoon and they didn't want to drive it. I lost a crap ton of sleep that night debating whether or not I should go drive all the way up there and drive it with him. Vacation days on my end are limited. At 3:30am I decided I was just going to take the day off and go up there to verify they haven't actually fixed it.

I jump in the car in the morning, call the dealer to let them know I'm coming up and head out the door. 10 minutes into my drive and the service manager calls me.....

Someone broke into the RV, stole a bunch of stuff and ransacked the interior.

Looks like they tried to break into the side door by prying it open and I had locked both locks so no bueno. They just popped the driver window, tore the dash apart and took the radio, my GPS and some other misc. items.

Worst part was they cut the HVAC vacuum tubes to pull the dash out and also cut the Ford wiring harness. Basically, the whole dash is going to need to come out and get a new IP harness.

Normally my RVs are kept in a climate controlled barn and now its going to sit outside for the next 4 months until all the repairs are done. Ford dealer is already giving me excuses about not fixing anything related to Jayco/Entegra.
