New question for those with Plumbing Skills better than mine. In my inspection... I see a couple of PEX connections that don't look to be crimped very well... There is the occasional tell-tale white-crust on some of these fittings that might have been leaking.

Should the ring be re-crimped? or the entire fitting replaced? I will be the first to admit that Plumbing is not my expertise.

I completely agree!
I don't fault Jayco for that one - because I cannot be sure that they didn't vibrate loose.

It's badly burned and hard to tell what happened. The screw lugs are all down. The others were quite secure.

The other thing to notice is that PD has changed their connectors on the newer ATSs. No more barrier strip, the new ATSs have the Wago connectors.

This could'a been Jayco, it could'a been Progressive D, it could'a been me hitting one too many bumps.

I got a few things I'm mad at Jayco about, but this one isn't on the list (yet).

It's time to play... "Guess what broke on the RV today!"

I noticed carpet next to the bed felt damp.. low and behold, connection to water heater was leaking. It cracked when I tried to snug it up.. a 2 hr round trip to the RV store, $5.19..and all is wellClick image for larger version

I have re-crimped them. But I think it is best to install new. But it is more work, as you have to pull it all apart first.
