Melbourne external propane

2020 Jayco Melbourne 24L
I can’t get propane out of the external supply beside the entry step
Lever is in the open position. Stove top works
Any ideas?

If this is the very first time using the port, it will take a few minutes to purge the air from the line to it. What do you have plugged into it? I've seen a coupler that was hard to get the male fitting into. Had to push it really hard to make sure it was completely seated.
