I would call and ask them. I went to them as I found they did warranty work on Entegra. Since its owned by Jayco, willing to bet they would. Their number is: 770-979-4051. I dealt with Patrick Sexton as the Service Advisor. Honestly, I thought they were very professional, and the folks that worked there seemed to be very accommodating. I saw somewhere that they were rated high, and I would have to agree.

They shouldn't be too far from you, I think.

My first trip with my Grayhawk and fridge does not seem to be cooling. The freezer is cooling. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
Thanks for any help

How long has it been since you started the frig? It takes overnight to get mine cold. Don't put anything in it that has not been cooled prior. Also be sure the rig is close to level or it won't cool properly.

Bob, That's great news! Yea, these RV refrigerators are a different type than regular home ones. They use heat to cool an ammonia gas in a chamber that the heat causes the gas to expand and cool the coils. There is no compressor like a regular refrigerator.

The heat source is produced either from your propane burner when you select LP mode or a electric element when you select AC mode.

They work great once you learn how to use them. Like I said before...don't put warm or hot drinks or food in these refrigerators because the recovery time is much longer than a home unit it will cause the internal temp to go up. Also try not to open and close the door often or leave it open for long periods of time...again the recovery takes time and inside temps will rise.

Don't pack the frig too tight. It needs air to circulate to operate properly. They sell some little battery operated fans you can place in the bottom of the frig to help circulate the air. I use a couple of them in my frig and it really does help keep temps constant and everything cold. We recently returned from a couple of weeks out and the little fans were still going strong on the same batteries so they last a long time. RVUpgrades has them or amazon.

I use valve stem extenders.
Not everyone believes in using them, even workers at tire stores.
I have used them on the two RVs we have owned. Never had a problem.
With our 2017 Melbourne Class C, I used an independent truck tire shop and had them install the valve stems. It was $15 per tire for labor and something like $140 for the valve stems.
I also have a Sears portable air compressor for airing up the tires.

Suspension question

I just took my class c on my first long distance trip.
Is there anything I can do with the suspension to keep large trucks from pushing me around when they pass or is that just part of the experience?
