On our trailer we turned the nearly useless drop-in cabinet into a FOOT LOCKER.
With both of us over 6 feet we just latch up the hinged cover and our feet can now extend beyond the end.

I’m also looking for more comfortable options for the Redhawk dinette without tearing anything up. I’m looking at a little bit different route…does anyone use kids/teen style cushions in their RV dinette?

Looking at:
PBTeen Build Your Own Cushy Sectional
PBKids Foamnasium
Nugget Comfort

I’m also looking at bean bag options:
Love Sac
Moon Pod

I have a pretty minimalist setup - its a Redhawk 22SE w/ U-shaped dinette and no couch. The idea would to setup the dinette as a bed and create a lounge space to veg out.

Thanks! <3

We just replaced the foam in our dinette. We spend hours playing games, reading, and eating in ours.

The big box hardware stores sell gray foam wedges used for home gutters intended to keep debris from clogging the gutter. They are wedge shaped, cut to fit the existing back cushion. Put them on the bottom between the cushion and the dinette "wood" back. Provides an angle more comfy than the original. Works great!
