Replacing Dash Switch

I need to replace the switch for the passengers side window. I have not found any help online to show what I have to do in order to replace the switch so now I’m turning to this group for some advice/help in this. So thanks ahead of time for the help.

I am guessing this is on a Seneca? If so, the there are torx screws the hold on the dash face, remove them all and depending on the year, the air brake knob has a pin to remove it on early years and 2018.5 and late unscrew. Then the woodgrained panels usually have a couple screws holding them in place, remove them and the panel is free to gently pull out. Then unplug the wiring from the switch and pop the switch out. Reinstall in reverse order. Sound like a lot but should only take about 10-15 minutes.

As RustyNuts says... follow the trim first... the hardest part is getting the Park Brake handle off (not that hard really)

Thanks guys. Looks like about 11 of the torx screws for the entire dash trim and then any screws for the wood panel to remove the switch...correct?
