Cherv, I believe you're in a Redhawk, right?

If so, @gprapim, J-Ride doesn't upgrade the shocks. In this case, I would definitely upgrade to the Bilsteins.

In 2019, the J-Ride PLUS package (found on Greyhawk) uses Koni shocks, which some people say are inferior to Bilsteins, and IIRC, a couple users here have traded them out.

Is Jayco using Koni FSD or some other Koni model? Given the price point of the FSD units, I doubt they are.

The FSD on ours were amazing and I had a lot of recommendations for those over the Bilsteins but if they aren't using the FSD models then the Bilsteins might be better.

According to their website they use "FSD Technology": https://www.jayco.com/products/class...wk/jride-plus/

Looks like they made the switch from Bilsteins to Koni in the 2020 MY, but I'd be willing to bet many of the 2019 models had the Konis.

OK, another one of those hmmmmm questions. I know we went through the whole swap out sway bars on these new rigs, to help the ride. Is there also an issue with the new OEM shocks on these rigs too, and should they be swapped out?

Kinda crazy that brand new parts keep having to be swapped out on a new rig, just to get it to ride "normally".....
