The only lube recommended by the slide manufacturer is 'CRC Power Lube with PTFE' This quieted down both of my slides where all I can hear is the motors running, where as before I also had the squeaking and popping. Heat up the applicator straw tube and put a 90º bend in it, apply from outside top and bottom behind the rubber seal where the load bearing is. Curving the tube makes it much easier to get the product in the correct spot. Do not use to much, a 2 second spray is plenty, then move the slide out and in at once. I use it twice a year so one can will last for many years, be sure to shake the can well before application. I got mine on Amazon HERE.
