UltraHeat RV tank heaters

In the package of paperwork that came with our Seneca 37TS is a brochure for UltraHeat tank heaters. I have not found any switch to turn it on however I suppose it could be hot wired into the House power switch since the system does not work until the temperature drops into the 40s. The dealer did not tell me anything about this system. Do any of you know if this is standard equipment on the Seneca? Thanks.

Look under the frame at the tanks. If the heaters are installed, they will look like large rubber pads glued to the underside of the tanks and they'll have wires attached.
