Winegard Sensar Antenna

2015 Jayco Greyhawk 29MV, our Winegard Sensar III Antenna ‘popped’ apart when I tried to see why I was getting dripped on inside while the antenna was up, hardware looks OK, exterior caulk looks OK, what am I missing? We were stuck in a Kentucky campground in November during an early winter ‘ice over’ while heading back to Michigan from Florida. Also not sure if the ‘thawing out’ had anything to do with it? What else should I check before I try to put it back together?

We had that antenna on our 2nd RV.
The small boot that covers the wire were it
enters roof was cracked and water ran down wire
through ceiling.
Good Luck

Look at this video.

Check the O ring, it needs a drop of silicone every now and again.
