Does the converter hot wire the only wire that goes to the utility breaker? I tried to attach the wire that controls the inside lights and 2 outlets it kicks immediately. I in stalled a new converter wf 8945-pec with no help. thanks in advance!

Could be a bad breaker? Just saw a post today on someone who had a 2 week old RV with a bad breaker.

Not hard to replace, just takes some time as the wiring was all installed by a drunk squirrel in or maybe a rat looking to install a nest. LOL

Be safe, make sure the RV is UnPLugged!, I would even turn off the battery isolator switch.

I am a little confused, you mention lighting and outlets as the wire you are trying to connect. Most RV lighting is 12-volts DC but outlets are 120-volts AC, provided you mean duplex outlts like you would also find in your "sticks and bricks" home. An RV lighting circuit would be connected on the DC side of your power panel not the AC side.

Maybe attach a picture or two to clarify what you are talking about. That may allow others to see what is amiss and offer some advice.

One problem is the 12 v fuse board that converter goes to. Now I cant just the board. I used jumper wire from pos to fuse and there were lights
