Bought a never used 2015 in 2016 with 9k miles. It was most likely the Seneca that did the local RV show circuit as it showed no signs of having anything loaded into the Storage bays and the Fridge still had all of the shipping tape on the drawers and shelves.
We were promised (in writing on the "Owe to Buyer" sheet) that items that would normally be taken care of in the PDI would be taken care of two weeks after delivery. As we found out - we had to fight for everything to be corrected and had to fight to get our Seneca out of the back corner of their service lot with 25 trailers parked in front if it.
If we had to rate the overall rig for quality... Separate the chassis (Freightliner from the Jayco) and evaluate them separately.
1 -- Freightliner is AWESOME to work with and get things fixed correctly the first time.
2 -- Jayco is good, they built a decent product with some cut corners in design and workmanship. After we learned what a POS our dealership was, we decided to just fix them ourselves and have been Very happy since.
3 -- Our Dealership - AWFUL! Any service work we get now is directly with Onan, Carefee of Colorado or Airxcel authorized service centers that usually have a mobile tech that comes to us - anywhere in the USA, Arrives on time and does not take our RV and keep it hostage waiting for parts. If you spend 8-months or more on the road, you can't put your RV in the shop for 6-months for a bathroom curtain replacement.
