Giving credit where it’s due

We all complain about those companies that give terrible after-sale service. But the “good ones” deserve a plug too. I returned from a recent trip to find the clip for the pin in my Andersen WDH was bent. I emailed their customer service to ask about getting a replacement. In two days the big brown truck left a box on my doorstep with a new clip, pin and triangle plate! No charge! Gotta say, Andersen rocks!

I had the same response when my Andersen trailer leveling device cracked and they sent a new one with no delay or messing around!

There are good companies out there and I agree its good policy to let other people know. Had an automatic blood pressure monitor go bad after only 2 months. The Amazon return policy was expired but I sent an email to the seller [eGoods365] and they immediately issued a credit so I could order a new one.

Service above and beyond is something to be recognized as it doesn't exist everywhere.
