Single vs. dual axle tire covers

I’ve got to replace my tire covers. For years, I’ve been using single tire covers (4), but am looking at going with the dual axle covers instead (2).

Question for you, friends: Are the dual covers easier to use than the single covers? Which do you prefer?

Personally I would stick with the 4 tire covers. Once I have them on I secure them in place with my BAL X wheel chocks. That way they don't blow off.

X2 Those single tire covers work a lot easier and stay on better.

I kept the 4 covers from our GH31 when we traded it in for the new TT with dual axles. They seem to work well so far, still have to do 4 tires whether it's a Class C or TT. It might be difficult to use the stretch cord to secure the bottom of the double tire cover vs the single cover due to the distance/space between the axles but a piece of stiff wire would work and easy to store/carry in the RV.

The thing about dual covers is that each trailer the axels are not the same distance apart, so they may not work for all makes!

I stuck with the four singles. I think they'd be easier than the duals.
