Maybe no sales tax to you but when buyer registers it that state will collect tax. You may want to confirm warranty coverage, Jayco warranty is only good to original buyer, not sure about chassis. Nice looking rig should sell quick.

Register in Delaware or Montana in a LLC , no tax my end or buyers end or I can give bill of sale for a certain amount and other various considerations ....
