While I don't know nor did I stay at a holiday inn last night I would suspect that the one way valve, if there is one, would be at one end or the other of the rinse line. It could be part of the fitting that you attach your pressurized water hose to though it would be on the other side of the wall or at the tank inlet for the sprayer. Neither one is going to be easy to get too. On my unit a 27.5 rlts I can remove the panel in the storage area and see the backside of the fittings for the black tank rinse, city water inlet, fw tank fill, outside shower valves etc as well as a lot of wiring and other stuff. However I was looking at it to see how hard it might be to change the valves/connections out to brass/metal instead of plastic. I was not looking for anything like that just looking at potential access. Again I am guessing but it would seem to me that either end of the line would the place to put it. A call to Jayco might be your best bet.
